A nova camisa titular do AC Milan é predominante preta e traz na região do corpo do manto quatro listras verticais vermelhas que aparecem blocadas, iniciando na região do escudo e terminando um pouco antes da barra.A gola traz uma construção especial, sendo preta com detalhe frontal vermelho, já as mangas são totalmente pretas com os punhos listrados com as cores da bandeira da Itália. O escudo do Milan é aplicado no lado esquerdo, dentro de uma faixa preta, enquanto no lado direito, o logo da PUMA é aplicado em branco, cor também vista no patrocínio máster que no modelo masculino é da Emirates, e no feminino, do Banco BPM, e também no de manga.Nas costas, as listras aparecem apenas na parte inferior do manto, novamente de maneira blocada. Já na nuca, um retângulo vermelho com a frase “SEMPRE MILAN” é visto.
